InVietCore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, InVietCore shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Gothika / InVietCore are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. InVietCore does not reimburse for shipping costs associated with any returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

InVietCore does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the website, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Gothika or to products you purchase through Gothika shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Da Nang, VN. except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Gothika / or the InVietCore. intellectual property rights, Gothika and or InVietCore and may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in Vietnam, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

VISIBLY ONLINE VISION TESTS

Online vision tests are provided by our third-party partner Visibly. When you order an online vision test we will share your information with Visibly for the sole sake of processing your vision test. Visibly will share the results back with us for the purpose of prescription verification to purchase contact lenses. A link to your current prescription is in your My Account section of the website. We do not store your prescription on our network. By ordering a vision test you agree that you understand this and consent to these terms.

Visibly Digital Acuity Product is manufactured and distributed by Visibly, Inc. and operates under the Enforcement Policy for Remote Ophthalmic Assessment and Monitoring Devices during the CoronaVirus Disease (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency issued by the FDA in April 2020. This product has not been approved by the FDA. The data and recommendations made by the Visibly Digital Acuity Product are adjunctive (supporting) recommendations that will be used by an Eye Care Provider, along with your medical history and profile, prior corrective eyewear prescriptions, and subjective data provided about your vision. It is the responsibility of the patient to provide accurate information through the process as all of this information will be relied upon as accurate by the reviewing Eye Care Provider.
